Q. How close is the hotel to Lake Michigan beaches?
We are only about two miles away from Lake Michigan beaches or about an eight minute drive.

Q. How close is the hotel to downtown Grand Haven?
We are only about one and a half miles away or only a five minute drive.

Q. Is the property within walking distance of downtown Grand Haven and Lake Michigan?
We do not recommend that our guests walk to downtown attractions or Lake Michigan since on foot it is not a feasible distance. However, there are miles upon miles of bike paths and we do recommend you travel with your bike. We are only a short 15 - 20 minute bike ride from downtown Grand Haven.

Q. What time is check in and check out?
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at noon.

Q. Does the hotel offer a continental breakfast?
No, we do not offer a continental breakfast. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner is available at Jack's Restaurant.

Q. Does the hotel offer room service?
Yes. We offer room service to our hotel guests during our restaurant's regular business hours.

Q. Does the hotel offer transient boat slips for overnight guests?
We do not operate or own the Holiday Isle Marina that surrounds our property. Most slips are privately owned. Slip number 27 is available for dining guests of Jack's Restaurant on a first come first served basis. It is not available for overnight rentals. Q. Is swimming allowed off the marina docks?
For your personal safety, swimming off the docks and in the surrounding river is strictly prohibited.

Q. Does the hotel or marina rent any boats or jet skis?
The hotel and marina do not rent any watercrafts of any kind. However, here are some area businesses that offer watercraft rentals:

Q. Are pets allowed to stay at the hotel?
Dogs are welcome to stay in designated Traditional Guest Rooms located for your convenience on the first floor. The daily fee is $10. There is not a weight or size limit but we do ask that no more than two dogs stay in each room.

No we do not have a shuttle. However, the area does have two taxi services that would be happy to take you where you need to go:

Q. What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy changes depending on the season you wish to stay with us. Labor Day through Memorial Day our cancellation is 6pm the night of arrival. For reservations during June, July, and August please contact us for the cancellation policy for your stay.
